hey everyone was frustrated before app came back up. So went on amazon got myq by chamberlain for 29.00 easy hook up it doesn't say it works for ryobi but it does and it is great it doesn't have garage adjustments but you can put it up and down and gives you notifications in app and email something ryobi stoped doing 18 months ago in app

It's still down. Was able to login but cannot control, cannot delete and re-add it, now cannot login

this worked for me pressed the wifi button on the hub pluged into the garage for 3 seconds then pressed the link button on the hub then went to the garage door and pressed the link button for a second on the door, and the app was working "properly" again still does not give me notifications in the app just email which I don't have ping me.

App looks to be back up. When the app is running I don’t have any issues with it

When Ryobi lost the lawsuit against Chamberlain garage door openers for patent infringement in 2018 is the day we as owners were left out in the cold.

I have 4 garages with Ryobi motors that my kids enter through everyday! They use their phone to get in which has been very convenient! This is frustrating that from the start the product has had their kinks if this is not fixed I will demand a refund and switch to a better product!!

So upset about this app not working. Ruining needs to get its act together. This should not even be an issue but apparently someone needs to get their head out of the sand and fix this. For the first day or so I thought it was something on my end, but no, I can clearly see it’s ryobi

Ryobi is going down the same route as Bud Light an Target without a spokesperson. I have a lot of their products but I will now consider other manufacturers. Even Harbor Freight's products are more appealing. Ryobi.. sort this out or risk losing a ton of customers...

Same here my fellow disappointed Ryobi and Home Depot customer. Can’t believe this is happening! I like the GDO but the issues have been with the app, the outside keypad never worked from the start (it’ll only work if it’s inside the garage), and now totally no support from the manufacturer! I bought 2 of these GDO! Very, very disappointed with Ryobi!!! 0 stars!

API error 992 also going on for two days also Pam. I also bought this because of the home depot brand. The opener works fine it still is very quiet however the app has been a problem from the get go from connecting it to notifications. The button on the wall is a problem plastic junk and continues to fall apart but cannot by another one. I don't know how many of these GDO's they have sold I think a possible class action may be warranted.

App 992 error, going on for two days now. Given the permanent discontinuation of this product, there should be a Ryobi supported program to replace these less than functional devices with a different product, regardless of manufacturer. I bought this under good faith and have been sorely disappointed.

Stupid app not working

This is a 991 plea for my API Error 992. Please help resolve the SSL LIC issue. It’s a matter of customer service and lifecycle support regardless of current product status. This reflects on corporate stewardship and will be something that is used by consumer communities to weigh value through brand recognition.

Incredibly frustrating not being able to use the app due to a this API Error 992 that everyone is experiencing. For a large corporation like RYOBI an expired SSL License shouldn’t be an excuse or reason for why so many customers are experiencing these inconveniences. Remotes never worked & now the app doesn’t either.. Regretting ever purchasing this product.
