API ERROR 992 as others have stated. App will not work at all no matter what you try. Uninstalled and re-installed with no luck. This creates a security issue for all who owns one. Myself, I have two cameras that I use to monitor the garage area. Class action seams almost around the corner by the comments being made.

Replaced entire system on Friday after it was working for one month. Now can’t even login. This company really needs to step up and fix this product once and for all. Really getting tired of the amount of problems with this system.

Disappointed. I purchased this new unit installed it and was able to use the system remotely. Slow response for outside key pad, key fobs have VERYshort working distance (10-12 feet) from actual unit. Now the GDO System app doesn’t work. It sure would be nice to know that a server is down for service. You know.... customer service....just thinking that would help. But your customers are completely in the dark and very frustrated. About to rip the system out and return it.

We have two of these openers and we bought them because they offered a heat detector for an option. I thought it would be nice to have in case you have something hot that needs attention. they lied about it and never made them available. My neighbor came home and informed me that our garage was open and it’s heated. No idea how long it was open as didn’t receive any notice. I hope all of our comments either change this company and or informs others to find a different brand that is reliable.

error 992. This happens 2 often. should be 0 stars. The app stop working. the outdoor keypad most time unresponsive entering the pin. Not 2 mention D fab in the car if it's 2 hot it stops working and if it's 2 cold it stops working (in Canada so it is 1 or D other) most time D key pad and the fab in the car doesn't work. Now the app is not working. What's use of getting this product if I have 2 get out in the rain or snow go though D house 2 inside the garage 2 open it? fix this

Notification works, but I can't login. Errors 3 and 992.

This company and app are HORRIBLE! If I could give them a 0 star rating I would. DO NOT EVER BUY RYOBI! The app is down AGAIN for NO REASON. Getting error 3 and 992. Nothing is different. Just randomly can no longer access the garage door opener from my phone. AWFUL product. NO customer service!

Was a happy camper with the app since installed GDO months ago. Got notifications every time when they happened. Then all the sudden today it told me the door was open past my set time when it wasn't. And now I got the API 992 error that has been reported by others and I can't log back into the app. Deleted and redownloaded and still no go. Ryobi you are way to big of a name for such problems with a simple app. College kids are doing more with their time. Cmon guys.

I installed this back in June or July, don't remember when. It was easy to install, but the app never got past the "Negotiating with Router" step. I'd cancel and sometimes it'd add my GDO to the list inside the App but I could never control it. Finally I gave up Fast forward to December, it's 25 degrees out and when lifting the Garage Door one morning it just stopped and started beeping incessantly. Troubleshooting and it says I should replace my door spring or door, not sure I trust it.
